2 Bed/2 Bath in Exchange Place, 5 min walk to the Exchange Place PATH and near the light rail. The available room has an en-suite bathroom and a larger closet. In-unit washer/dryer and gym in building. Lots of natural light in the apartment. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in the building.

I’m 23 and I work in environmental protection. I WFH 4 days a week and am looking for a quiet, clean, and responsible roommate. My current roommate is leaving for school at the end of our current lease, which we would be resigning. I’d love to hang out but also give personal time/space. I need to resign my lease ASAP so please contact if motivated. The new lease would begin August 1, 2023. If you have a later move in date, I’m willing to discuss :)
