There is also a huge walk-in closet with a private full-size bathroom attached. If needed the room can come with a bed and tv until you are able to get your own. This is a smoke-free unit but please feel free to enjoy your smoke on the balcony or in one of the courtyards outside with a beautiful view. There are also two pools, a full gym, garage parking, and other added amenities such as valet trash pickup, wifi, and cable. This room is for one person only and must work and no children. I am in my early 30’s very laid back and OCD. I keep the house very clean as I am allergic to germs and dust. I am easy to get along with I do not have many rules just respect me, respect the space, and pay your rent on time. No children and work mostly at night and my girlfriend works during the day so you will have privacy. We keep to ourselves and do not like a lot of noise while trying to sleep. Just looking for a responsible individual to rent the other side of our apartment.
