Sam's room

Beautiful two story, three bedroom house in Kailua. Close to downtown and enchanted lakes, quiet neighborhood and yard. There’s a good amount of parking, spacious kitchen and living space. The open bedroom is downstairs. We are still in the application process, so we need someone who can fill out an application with us to rent the house.

Me and my roommate are musicians, looking for someone who’s cool with having loud music in the house (not all the time though), and is welcome to play with us any time. I like to cook, I plan to set up a grill and outdoor area to eat. I work odd hours, so I’m frequently coming home late and cooking dinner, and won’t wake up until afternoon. Ideally looking for likeminded people, someone who doesn’t mind weird hours, who can hang out in the late evenings, and isn’t going to make a lot of noise getting up early every morning.
