Michael's room

We have 2 of our upstairs bedrooms for rent with a shared Jack and Jill bathroom between them. $1400 rent with a $1400 deposit also, for each room, Furnished or unfurnished. There are just the 2 of us and we also have an older dog that lives with here too so no other animals please must love dogs. Credit check will be needed before a decision is made, a charge of $35 per person. No overnight guests. All areas of the house is accessible at any time except our bedroom of course. Shared fridge, kitchen utensils, washer & dryer in the laundry room, back yard. There’s plenty of on street parking in this quiet neighborhood. Drug and smoke free house.
