Quiet times are enforced (eg. my day starts at 4am), social drinking inside ok, smoking only outside. No smoking inside . This is a coed house, all roomies must respect their roomates and the house. There are no compromises in safety, comfort, well being of roomates. Any broken rules will result in immediate eviction. Each room door has locks/fingerprint autolock and this a ‘smart’ home.

Important note: you must be clean esp communal bathroom areas. The roomates rotate, current roomates are men (divorced veteran dad, a transplant from Cali)
