The house is 3 stories including an unfinished basement and detached garage. Bedrooms are upstairs. I stay in the master bedroom and have a private bathroom. The two bedrooms I rent out are upstairs and share a bathroom (bath,toilet, sink). One bedroom has a balcony and other one is a little bigger but no balcony.

Downstairs is a kitchen, living room and dining area with cat door. It’s an open floor plan. There is a large back yard with a fire pit.

The house is in Brookland Park Neighborhood which is a great location. There is public transportation, across the street is a dollar store, public library, restaurants and bars. A few more doors down there is local organic market, nail salons, corner stores, a pottery place, flower shops, liquor store and tons more… A half mile away is battery park. Behind the house is a park with a baseball field and basketball courts. There is a bicycle friendly road (Richmond Henrico Turnpike) that takes you straight into Shockhoe (Downtown Richmond).

I recently moved to Richmond from Phoenix Arizona and am looking to rent out 2 bedrooms. Currently it is just me, my cat and her kitten. I work as an electrician and play guitar fun fun. I eat mostly take out. I work long hours so am gone most of the day (430am-530pm). During the week I usually just do stuff around the house or watch tv after work. I have a cat and she has a kitten.

UPDATE: The only room available is the one with the balcony. Looking for female roommates only.
