• You will have your own bathroom inside your room.
• Super convenient location : 17 mins to midtown Manhattan by E or F train 15 mins to JFK Airport by E train 15 mins to LaGuardia airport by cab ( before you can take out your phone and text someone, your driver will be telling you we are here !)
• Subway right in front of the building E, F, M, R, 7 ( and yet you will not be able to hear train passing by inside the house at all because the location of this unit )
• Your room is full of sunlight and so is the living room area which we will be sharing. We will also share the kitchen area. We have a balcony too with a view. Shared rooftop space if you need some more air or want to watch fireworks!
• There is a laundry room inside the building.
• Your bedroom and bathroom are fully furnished. So you will not need to buy shower curtain or window rode. Bed, blankets, bedsheets, pillows, even bath towels are included.
• If you drive, there is a parking garage inside the building, $8 /hr or $250/month if you wish to use a space. Plus plenty of free parking around here.
• cityMD is right down stairs in case you have urgent medical needs or need to see a Dr.
• There if FedEx and UPS drop off points right down stairs if you like online shopping and need to return stuff.
• Finally there are tons of restaurants around the building, we are known for the most authentic, ethnic and variety of foods in NY.
• 50 plus grocery stores walking distance from this building if you like to cook.
• Kitchen is fully furnished as well, you will have full access to my kitchen utensils and cooking gears.
• Utility includes gas, internet, and electricity which are as following : $37, $43, $60 per person. water is free.

I am a medical obstetric Sonographer working in a radiological imaging center. I will be gone 8 hours a day, 5 days a week usually. 8 am -5 pm.
