Hi! I am looking for a roommate. This is to begin 3-1-2024.

I live in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in an apartment complex located in Neffsville PA near Lititz PA and 3 miles from the Golden Triangle and the new Target and all the new stores there.

A laundry site inside the building.

The apartment itself is 788 square feet, gas heat and stove, big windows, and AC/ heating.

The room is pretty spacious and, a big window with a nice view of the outside, and a closet.

*Bathroom is SHARED so it is very important that we are both consistent with cleaning up after ourselves.

You’re welcome to bring your own cooking and eating dishes but you are also welcome to share mine providing you are generous and responsible.

Age: 49 years old.

Pets: 1 cat (please take note of this as I know some people have allergies).

Non-smoker. I rarely if ever drink and I do not do any illegal/ recreational drugs.

I am very understanding, kind, and laid back! I don’t do much but work, exercise, cook, volunteer, exercise and work on creating content for social media. I pretty much only hang out in my room and rarely have people over.

Here is a breakdown of the rent and utilities:

Rent: $700 Due on move in.

No pets, smoking only outside

Internet: $30 a month (subject to change)

I dont have cable TV, as I watch everything on my laptop online. You are free to get cable in your name, and watch in the living room or your room to your heart’s content.

Water: Depends on usage Sewer: Depends on usage Billing fee for water and sewage: TBD Renter’s insurance: about $10 a month required to have by Apartment complex

Electricity: Depends on usage mine alone is usually about 30-40 a month.

Security deposit: $700 due on move in.

Utilities will be split evenly. Water Sewer Trash Gas– summer about 90$ /2 winter as high as 180$ /2

All occupants living in the apartment complex must be placed on the lease and you will be listed on the lease as an occupant. Occupants DO NOT have to provide income that meets 3x the rent so if you don’t meet those requirements you won’t have to worry about that. The leasing office of the apartment will need the following information from you: First and last name, date of birth, and phone number (you can call them and provide them with this information yourself). They will then send you a link to apply and after the application is completed they will run a background check. If everything comes back okay, you will then sign the lease as an occupant.They will also provide a laundry card which you will have to load with money.
