Close to freeway and Light Rail Station. Hardwood floors and natural woodwork throughout. Quiet. Lots of light. Good neighbors, and a safe neighborhood. You will have an entire (private) 3rd floor bedroom, There is one full bath on main floor and one 1/2 bath in lower level, sharing vs private is negotiable. There is also a bedroom on the main level, if you don’t like going up and down the stairs. Shared living room, dining room, full kitchen, back patio, and yard if you like to garden. There is some storage available in the lower level. Free bike storage in the garage. Street Parking abound. Garage Parking is negotiable.

I am a down to earth Artist, Musician and Chef. I live a pretty quiet life except when I am out gigging with my band Venus DeMars And All Pretty Horses. I keep that music out of the house… We have a separate rehearsal studio. I am a very thoughtful and considerate person with a great respect for others privacy and boundaries. I love to cook, make art and play the multitude of instruments that I am lucky enough to have the talent to play :).
