Seeking two female roommates for spacious, sunny, single-family home on the East bench near the mouth of Emigration Canyon in Salt Lake.

Two private bedrooms available with shared bath. One bedroom is slightly larger. The larger bedroom is $700 and smaller is $650. The bedrooms and bath are fully furnished as is the rest of the home. You will have access to a large wrap-around family room downstairs, which I never use. It has a fireplace, sofas and built in bookshelves.

Shared spaces are the upstairs living room, family room, kitchen, dining room, and laundry.

Monthly rent is $700 or $650 plus utilities. Utilities include gas, electric, water, trash, and Google Fiber. The utilities will vary by usage, but will probably range from about $65-$95 per month.
