I have a room fully furnished for rent with all utilities including With internet and cable move in ready now for only one person That individual Most be honest clean and quiet and MOST Importantly must be respectful and responsible Sorry no smoking no pets.There is no private entrance it’s a room in my home. My environment is as peaceful as peaceful can be with zero drama. My location you can find many stores in at least 5 minutes radius close to the turnpike close by malls a gym walking strip a park and security guard 24 hours. All I ask for is someone to respect my home everything from there should be ok.

I am a very clean quiet and organized individual I work long hours and like peace and quiet on my days off. I do have a small dog that is extremely house trained and friendly I do have another roommate that is beyond respectful also a working professional as myself. All I ask for is respect of my home.when someone is renting a room out their house they have the right to ask these legitimate questions such as where do you work do you have a clean background This is not to offend anyone but simply to have a peace of mind and to be safe.
