The apartment is a third-floor walk-up and was recently renovated with new appliances and gorgeous hardwood floors. Shared kitchen area but separate living spaces on opposite ends of the apartment, very private. Two sweet kitties live here so must be okay with cats, other pets are open for discussion.

I am an extremely open-minded person who aims to make life the most fulfilling and full of joy as possible despite the challenges in this crazy world (everything is upside down is my blanket statement). The ideal fit will be someone who prioritizes taking care of their space and making their home a rejuvenating place. I work as a trauma/crisis response therapist in the correctional system so it is critical to me to have my home be a place of peace and respite. I will be working from home 2 days a week. Good communication and problem-solving are important (being able to communicate boundaries, wants/needs, and collaborate.) I am very friendly and outgoing but require a lot of alone time and decompression so someone who is also very independent would be great. I am also an aerial dancer and am often on the go (very busy).

In terms of living style habits I like my space to be clean and organized, I love deep cleaning (can be a little messy sometimes) but surfaces, vacuuming, and good smells are important to me. I like to cook occasionally and am happy to share food and household goods. I believe in setting up expectations and responsibilities in advance and addressing any issues as they arise. I am very generous and deeply committed to people and good relationships. I have to handle a lot in my professional life so an occasional hosting of a social event is okay but someone who always likes to have friends come and go and have parties may not align with my current vibes. I definitely would like to meet virtually or in person/ show the space to see if we are compatible.
