Spacious house with decent size private room on the 3rd floor. Small backyard. We have a small dog who is a dog friendly. Nice area, neighborhood is friendly. Shared living room , kitchen and bathroom.

We are a chill couple and try to stay busy. Low stress, non smokers but don’t mind a smoker roomie if they are ok smoking outside. Vape ok interior. Easy to get along with. Just looking for someone or couple to share the bills.
