Looking for a mature female housemate / roommate who can move in some time between Aug 1 and Sep 1, and enjoy this lovely home with me (I am female) and my super chill female housemate. ‘Remember the Golden Girls? Hehe! Nonsmoker, who works outside the home would be ideal, but if you work from home, let’s still talk about it. No pets. You would have a spacious 13 by 12 bedroom on the second floor, with nice sized closet, and share the bath with my existing housemate (My BR is on the first floor, so there is lots of privacy..) in a 4100 sq ft house, plus share all these common areas: fam rm w/ gas fireplace, breakfast room, kitchen, formal dining room, huge screened porch, second floor bonus/rec/sitting room, deck, gazebo, [hot tub has been winterized] acre lot, and huge attic (save on storage). I could furnish your room with bed, dresser and nightstand, or give you a clean slate. $800 would include your share of utilities (internet, electric, gas, water, trash, pureflix, Firestick). We are conservative with usage… 68/78 mentality, but it works well, as the home is all brick. Location is near Crossroads in Cary but in a quiet residential neighborhood of beautiful custom brick homes, on acre lots, that “feels” out in the country.

A little about me: I am Mom of two grown children who no longer live at home. I love to read, crochet, socialize, play games, walk, bike, and bake. I sometimes have folks from the Singles ministry over for games (around once a month) , movies, cookouts, dinners, Bible Study (once a week)…or go out to events, such as plays, ball games, movies, music, walks, gym, pickleball, etc. I often go on weekend trips. I am a Realtor who works from my home office, but am often out on appointments, too. Last photo is of me😉 The last BR is the available BR.
