Room is unfurnished, free in-room TV provided if interested, Wi-Fi provided free, free use of washer/dryer (please provide your own laundry supplies). House is a 3/1 so the bathroom is shared. MUST SHARE IN KEEPING COMMON AREAS CLEAN!
420 Friendly but No Smoking (cigarettes/cigars), No Drugs, No Pets, No Couple move-ins , No Loud Music, No Partying, No Overnight Guests. Please have proof of income. Start with a month to month agreement, will need 30 day notice if ending arrangement.
