About the room

We are renting a house in the Clairemont Area, and want another roommate (we have the landlord’s permission). The room is private, the bathroom would be shared. We have a big living room and a nice backyard. Residential area, plenty of street parking. Utilities approximately $300/month split equally. Room ~10x10 with closet, access to shared kitchen, and in unit washer dryer.

About the roomies

We (F26, and F32) are all fairly introverted and nerdy, but would love to be friends. Both clean and respectful of the common area. We don’t bring the party home. If you’re interest please reach out so we can talk further.
