With easy access to the I-5 and 52 freeways, the home is next door to Clairemont and Pacific Beach (only 15 mins to the beach). Extremely close to Costco, groceries, theater and local restaurants!

Dedicated parking, large backyard, and shared kitchen, and washer/dryer on premise. Located in a quaint family oriented neighborhood, there is access to private tennis courts, racketball courts, swimming pool (temperature regulated), hot tub, and small hiking trails.

Lease duration is 1 year. Estimated monthly utilities cost is approximately $100-150 each. This covers wifi, electricity, gas, and water. Unfortunately, property management does not permit any pets or animals. Responsive and accommodating landlord to address any concerns promptly.
