You will be just minutes away Warner Center park, fine dining, cinema, grocery stores, entertainment attractions and fabulous shopping of Topanga village and the 101 freeway. It’s in a securely gated community with a wide array of highly desirable amenities including air conditioning, gas fireplaces, gated access, intercom systems, lavish resort-style swimming pools, jacuzzi, gym, tennis, basketball and racquetball courts courts. Very diverse, safe, and quite neighborhood of Woodland Hills.

The house is a 2bd/2baths apartment. You will get your furnished 1 bedroom with a private bath (outside but right next to your room).

I look for emotionally mature, responsible, considerate, professional housemate only. No smoking, drugs, excessive alcohol. Occasional guests are welcome but this rental is not for someone who would bring loud parties home on the weekends. I am very easy going but has 0 tolerance for drama. I can be your friend, join you for a tennis game, go explore the city, and beautiful hikes with you on the weekends or not bothering you at all.

I don’t cook that often so the kitchen is mostly yours, just make sure you clean up after yourself.

No pets because I already have 2 cats. They are very affectionate, they will love you too. A cleaning lady comes once a month to help me clean the common areas. You can clean your own space or pay her to also clean your space too. Your call; you can pay her directly. She charges $28/hr for anything beyond what I normally pay.
