I have a house Near Universal Studios and Millennium Mall in Orlando, Florida. I am renting out a room for you alone to use, and you would get your own bathroom too. I would be your roommate. The room comes with a bed, side tables, dresser and mounted tv. The shared spaces for both of us are the following: living room, dining room, kitchen, Florida room. The Price also includes security alarm, security cameras, wi-fi, ac, light, heating, washer and dryer. Cable is provided in the living room and in your room. You will also have your own refrigerator and your own food pantry. but you can use that food pantry however you like. The lease does not include use of my garage.
