The apartment is a 2x2, 985sq ft. The complex is nice and quiet, well-landscaped, gated, with plenty of shade and birds. There is a pool and tennis court.

I love living here and don’t want to move out, but I’m renting out the larger of the two rooms, as my roommate is moving home at the end of the month. It’s got a closet, bathroom, and two good sized windows.

You’ll be living with my golden retriever, Chief, and I. I’m a 27 y/o male, Texas A&M grad who works for Texas Department of Emergency Management. I mostly game/read and relax, but go out 2-3 times a week. I keep a clean apartment but am not super particular about anything other than literal trash/clutter.

Some of my hobbies:

• Gaming (FIFA, Madden, Skyrim, RTS games, etc.)
• Reading
• Really any sport, but mainly basketball
• Scuba Diving
• Football and fantasy football
• Any kind of travel

Other things you may want to know:

• The lease is currently month-to-month, for a total of $1530 + utilities. The $900/month includes utilities and the larger or the two rooms.
• I don’t care if you’re a smoker, but smoking weed in the apartment is a hard no. I used to be a heavy smoker and developed a bad autoimmune response to the stuff, so I can’t be around it.
• My dog, Chief, does stay in the living room while I’m at work. He is playful and loving and never has accidents… if you like dogs you’ll love him, but he’s very golden retriever and if you really don’t like dogs you may not want this room.
• I’m right-wing. I’m fully capable of getting along with people that don’t see things the same way, but if you aren’t capable of that, we won’t make good roommates.
• I work an 8-5, so I do have to ask for quiet after 12:00a.m. during the week.
