Seeking a roommate to share my 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bath home located in a quiet neighborhood in the Huntersville/Concord area. Close to I-85, Hwy 73, and Concord Mills area. You’ll have a private bedroom and bath with full-accessibility to the entire home. All utilities are included: Gas, Electric, Wi-Fi/Internet, Trash/Recycling, Water/Sewer, and Home Security. Washer/Dryer. Space in the garage for some storage if needed. Partially furnished bedroom. There is a Double boxspring in the room but you will need to provide your own Double or Queen Mattress. There is a Queen Bedframe and matching 6-drawer dresser already in the room and space for another dresser or vanity if desired.

I am a divorced, single mom. My son lives on his own. Full time job working 40+ hours/week. I enjoy anything outdoors & working in my yard (mental therapy lol). I love the beach, the mountains, sporting events, music, movies, wine and watching my son’s dirtbike racing. I enjoy spending time with family and friends. Seeking a single, straight, professional woman to share my home. A compatible roommate would be one who is trustworthy, extremely clean, keeps space tidy, respectful of each other’s personal space, reliable profession, pays on-time, good natured and a kind personality. Smoking okay but only outside. No hoarders and no drama please!
