One furnished bedroom plus a shared bathroom in a 2200 square foot home in the desirable Four Hills neighborhood. 5 minutes from hiking trails, Interstate access, grocery stores, and a short commute to Sandia. Two living rooms plus an outdoor dining / living area make this home feel both spacious and cozy. The wildlife in the neighborhood make every day unique.

I’m a 50 year young teacher who enjoys hiking, hot yoga, and living a mostly healthy lifestyle. I get up around 5:30 and go to bed around 9:30, so someone with similar waking times will feel right at home. I love to be around people and welcome conversation, but I also enjoy quiet time.
