Parkview Lane

Hello everyone! I’m looking for a female roommate (preferably a UCI student) to sublet my shared bedroom from August through November with the option of joining the lease afterwards. It is a good sized two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment with four total female roommates (2 per bedroom) about 2 miles from campus in the Parkwest apartments. It is just across Culver from good shopping amenities and a bus stop and also close to the bike path to campus. With utilities included rent is about $820 per month.

We are a friendly and relatively quiet group of roomies! We are all UCI students and looking for someone who is polite, respectful, cleans up their space, and pays rent on time.
