Month to month or long term lease with 30 day notice required. Rent due on 1st day of month. Two queen bedrooms and one is a king. One queen has private bath and is $900 a month. King and second queen share a bath with one other tenant at $800 a month. All rooms have new Smart TVs, mattresses, desks with chairs, dressers, side tables, mini frig and microwaves. We have been married 36 years and enjoy our quiet life here. Our son attends the neighborhood HS and rooms downstair across from the gym. My husband is a Commercial Construction Contractor and works long hours. I stay at home and rarely leave the house. I spend most of my time in our bedroom /sitting room with our dogs. My husband works in the garage a lot when he isn’t at work or he often has a puzzle going on the huge farm table as you can see in current picture. We like privacy and respect yours. We have 2 dogs, both 8 years old. Both spayed females. If you are allergic you need to note they do go downstairs with me, especially when I’m drinking my morning coffee and prior to our walk. They are where I am and sleep with us at night. One of our tenants has been with us for 14 years! He is rarely here but pays rent to keep the room available to him as needed. He stops by to pay rent and pick up mail. He also stays to care for our dogs and the house when we go out of town. If you have any questions, please ask!
