Ashonti's room

I am looking for someone to rent a room in my house. My husband works a lot so he will be out of town often. We have a 4 bedroom home with an extra room. We have a dog, cat and two birds. We have a baby due in December so be prepared for nights filled with crying. Main bedroom is a cross the house from guest room. You will have your own bathroom right next to your room. We have internet but it is dish so it isn’t the best. We have a two car garage if you’d like to squeeze in there. We are kid friendly and pet friendly as long as you keep it clean and damage free. We are 4/20 friendly as long as you are able to keep the smoke in your room or do so freely if baby is not in the area. We are in a gated community that is rural so there’s not much around. Walmart is 20 minutes away. We are an hour and a half from Orlando. An hour from Lakeland and Kissimmee. I work most days so I am never home. We have a TV to share in the living room all apps connected no charge. Friends and family are welcome to visit and stay over. There’s a golf course and lake in the community. A gym, library, restaurant and bar in the main office. I would say to live here you’d definitely need transportation. A school bus does come to the community for pick ups and drop offs. Background check will be required. I don’t have many rules other then cleaning up after yourself and guests or pets.

We have a small dog and chubby cat. Two birds that never want to leave their cage. New baby due in December. I am 27 years old and a truck driver. My husband is 32 years old also a truck driver over the road. We are the only two residing in the home. We have guests every here and there. We will inform you if guests come over or stay over. I am pretty chill. I try to keep the fridge stocked but I work so much I usually eat at work. Feel free to stock up with your own foods. Help yourself to the TV and internet. Your room would be right next to baby’s room with the bathroom separating you but baby will be in my room across the house most of the time. Our pets are very nosey but very friendly. My cat doesn’t take well to other cats but we can keep them separated if possible. Our dog gets along with all pets usually. He is very stingy about toys though and likes all the attention. Birds can be very active first thing in the morning. Washer and dryer available. On rainy does the satellite does go out but it comes back up after a few minutes. Bad phone reception inside the home for t-mobile not sure about other phone services. Rent would be due on the 1st. Just looking for someone to rent room until March of 2024.
