Very large windows. 2-minute walk from the West Gate metro stop and overall very central location to both Mpls. and St. Paul.
You would split gas, electricity, and WiFi with me, your roommate. All other utilities are covered. Your sublease term is mostly flexible, but an 8-month minimum commitment is required. Security deposit, soft credit check, a background check, and an application fee are required.
More about the location: 2 blocks from 180 and 94 for quick access to Minneapolis or Saint Paul. The location is a major highlight to this condo as you can be anywhere in the metro area within a short drive. Food, breweries, distilleries, etc. all walkable. Local grocer at the end of the building and walkable to Fresh Thyme grocery store. Safe neighborhood. GREAT for students at UMN or Hamline University, as this condo is so close to both on the light rail.
Final note that I plan on replacing the couch pictured in this listing with a couch of another color.
About the roomies
I would be your only roommate. Iām a 29-year-old, second-year PhD student (she/her) who grew up in Maryland, but came to the Twin Cities for college and grad school. I love to go to concerts and music festivals, shuffle dance, snowboard, travel, and lift weights. Other interests include science, psychology, and feminism.
