Close drive to Temecula Promenade, every grocery store you can think of Trader Joes, Sprouts, Winco, Costco. Old Town is a quick drive away and a large variety of Temecula Vineyards. The neighborhood is also a 5 minute drive to beautiful Lake Harveston with paddle boats, fishing, convenience store and much more.

Has washer and dryer, shared kitchen, a large backyard with a gorgeous sunrise and sunset sky.

The house is always kept clean. No cigarette smoking.
