Looking for 1 more person to move in starting in April!

It’s a big, quad level house. Really nice kitchen, big, fenced yard and 5 bed (including finished basement), 3 bath with w/d in unit. There’s also fiber internet and central a/c. Prefer no more pets, I have 3 friendly dogs (2 huskies & a GSD mix) so you’d need to be okay with them (and dog toys)!

My current roommate is moving at the end of March but I’m looking for one more person to move in to help save a bit of money:) you would get your own bathroom and the house is completely furnished with additional storage in the garage if needed. I also have two extra beds, a nightstand and some shelving to furnish a room if you need it!

If you check the place out and we seem like a good fit you’ll need to submit an application ($60 fee) & get approved and I believe there’s a $150 fee to adjust the lease. It ends at the end of July and should be renewable!

I’m 29 and work from home. I keep to myself most of the time but wouldn’t mind making friends, or having someone to run errands with every now and again! I spend most of my time on my pc playing games with friends but also enjoy reading and model building. I’m a very typical nerd and have a lot of anime/pokemon/model stuff around the house and would prefer someone who has the same taste!

The other roommate is also mid-late 20s and he’s very nice and easy going! He also plays games on his pc and he’s moving in at the beginning of April.
