It is a twonhome with 4 bedrooms 2 bath. 2 car garage and it is on separate floors. Upstairs has the kitchen and down stairs has the laundry room. 2 rooms one bath upstairs and 2 rooms one bath downstairs. You will basically have 2 bedroom apartment type for yourself and or kids if you have them.
