Looking for 3 female roomies to join the lease I am renewing 😊

Rent is $4000 a month ($1,000 each excluding utilities nearly $100 a month). Location is 2 min walk Andrew Sq on the Redline (1 minute run lol—me in the morning running to work everyday).

Again, 3 bedrooms are available. It’s a 5 br apartment on the 3rd floor. All the other rooms except B are available. I usually use one of the rooms for a dance studio/gym/guest room (check out the floor plan). The other 2 rooms have been vacated. And one room isn’t pictured here yet (room C on the floor plan).

Other notes: -No Broker fee -$1000 security deposit ($250 each) Lease start in 9/1, with early move ins available! -No smoking/not 420 friendly unfortunately -No pets unfortunately -Free laundry in the basement -Free street parking -10 min walk to South Bay (AMC, Chipotle, TJ Maxx, Target, Stop n Shop, Panera, other restaurants, etc)

A bit about myself: My name is Sonia and I work at the Seaport as an analyst. Im 22, graduated last May, and have been here in Boston for a year now. Some hobbies include dancing, karaoke, playing sports (volleyball, softball, and tennis), watching K-dramas, and listening to music. I’m into K-pop/J-pop music and anime too, as well as Afro beats. Love a good night out on weekends, but usually tired after work on weekdays during the Fall/Spring seasons. Looking for some new hobbies. Scroll for some random pics of myself LOL.
