Close to the 60/101 exchange. Nice family friendly area within 5 minutes of Tempe, and 15 minutes of downtown Chandler, Gilbert, and Scottsdale. About 20 to downtown Phoenix. Access to walking and biking paths, close to restaurants, stores, and Dobson ranch has parks and pools that are phenomenal to walk and bike through.

Single professional male, 30. I work hard and am constantly traveling and out and feel like it’s currently a waste to have the place to myself. I work from home, so during the week days I’ll be back and forth between my room and desk in the dining area. I work out most days of the week, I love music, festivals & shows, movie nights, cooking, keep the place clean, and have a fair amount of knowledge in maintenance and a long list of contractors to help if needed. Trying to spend more of the weekends on the road and out of the house. I do like to host periodically, things like movie nights, game nights, dinners, pool days, pre-gaming a night out etc. I have a dog, Ramsey, a very low maintenance and relaxed pup. Skittish at first but opens up to people quickly and is used to having another person living here and has been good with a dog previously with a past roommate.
