Northeast 117th Avenue

There are two rooms available. A larger one that’s over the backyard and a smaller one facing the street. I think there’s a difference in quality because of that, so the larger room should cost more than the smaller.

I’m 25 and recently moved to the area. I don’t have any animals, I don’t mind animals but I’ve had trouble with dogs ruining carpets, so 1 dog max. I can get along with anyone who’s reasonable and clean.
