Room in apartment at Sterling Union available! Comes with private room with private bathroom! Unfortunately I cannot attend anymore for the Fall of 2023 because SHSU refuses to give me a dependency override. Roommates are assigned and this is an individual lease type apartment! Please let me know! The base rent is $559 per month, but with the bills that is $625 per month and with the fees it is around $713 per month, but I can negotiate on this and make it to $638 a month or less. I just received word that two roommates are the only people on there even though it has maximum occupancy of five so it should be nice and quiet too! Apartment unit is 513-E (E2 Penthouse floor plan).
