Lakewood Trail

I am the owner of a 3 bedroom townhome. You would have your own private spacious room and share a bathroom with my daughter. You will have access to the kitchen, living spaces and outdoor areas. You may be able to park in the garage at times but that space is not guaranteed on a daily basis. You may park on the driveway. There is a nice outdoor patio that you may use as well. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.

I will be living here 50% of the time. My 20 year old daughter lives here as well. She is a student and is very easy to get along with. You would be sharing a bathroom with her. I also have a cat. She is very sweet and friendly. I keep a very clean home and am looking for someone who values cleanliness as well.
