I’m an Engineer in Tech with a flexible work schedule where some days I work from home and some days I go in to the office. I will be occupying one of the bedrooms, one bedroom will be occupied by another male engineer and we are looking to find a third roommate for the third bedroom. There are two bathrooms that would be shared between the three of us. Also, there is my dog spade, who will love the private fenced in spacious backyard and patio area.

The living room and kitchen are on the ground floor and will be shared as well. There’s enough parking for atleast 4 cars. Utilities including oil(heat), electric, trash and cable(internet) will be shared. First, Last months rent, brokerage and security deposit will be shared at the onset of the lease which is $1250 each.
