Fessey Park Road

Hi there! I am moving in with my boyfriend and am looking for someone to take over my lease. There are 9 months left on the lease! It’s a brand new complex and I am the first to live in this unit. I have been here since the beginning of February. The apartment is in the gated section of the community and is on the top floor. We have a great clubhouse, pool, and package locker set up and are super close to Geodis park!

If you look up the apartment complex its called 8th and Berry and the apartment is an A3 unit and it is the white and gray color scheme. I have one wall in the living room painted a sage green color. You can also have for free a walnut queen-size bed frame and a plant if you are interested! Happy to talk about the other furniture as well!

I spoke with the leasing office and all we need to do is list you as a roommate and then the next day we can remove me from the lease and the apartment is all yours. If your application is approved and you want to move forward with signing the lease I will reimburse the $100 application fee to you. You can keep any refund of the security deposit.

It’s all yours! You won’t have any roommates! Ill be transferring off of the lease once you are approved to be on the lease.
