College Drive

Spacious room with great windows. Pictures do not do it justice this is a big room! Walkable commute to Stony Brook, spacious kitchen, in house laundry machine, quiet neighborhood, great for grad students and Stony Brook students who may not have cars. Utilities are not included and are split evenly.

Currently I am the only one living in the property. I am LGBTQ+ friendly and nonbinary myself. I tend to keep things tidy although I understand messes happen sometimes. I’m a psychology major at Stony Brook. I value communication and tend to get along with everyone :)
