The apartment is in AVA Pacific Beach. The residence is a great apartment complex with gymnasium, swimming pool, hot tub, tennis court, basketball court, etc. The rent is $1,850 a month per room + utilities ($3700 in total for a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apt). We split the rent cost into two for the two bedrooms and then we split the utilities per the number of roommates. The utilities are as follow:

• $90 of AT&T internet 1000Mbps (ultra-low lag and unlimited internet data).
• between $170 and $250 of water, trash, sewer, gas and electricity bills (it varies each month). So that comes to a total of $260 to $340 of utilities per month. If you’re only one person interested (not a couple), since we are a couple, we would split these into 3 ($87 to $114 for each roommate) and the total cost per month for you would be $1853-$1880. If you are a couple like us, the total cost for you would be $1896-$1936 just like it would for us as well. We are looking for a roommate (or a couple of roommates) who can clean after themself and are drug free and except from that we are cool and laid back 😉
