Hi all! I’m Planning to renew my lease & My current room mate is relocating, So I am looking for a new roommate to take her spot! Ideally starting in August. It’s a 2B 2B, so you will have your own room & bathroom, with a shared kitchen & living area. It’s right on the water with a balcony that has a view of the Miami River. Wifi/Electric is separate & split. Parking is available in a covered garage attached to the apartment. It is not furnished, so the furniture in the bedroom is not included. The apartment has great amenities - pool, gym, work/study rooms ect. it’s 5-10 mins from Brickell/Downtown area & Very close to Jackson/UM

I’m 25, I moved to Miami from Colorado in December. I work in a hospital as an RN. I’m very easy to get along with & keep my space clean & organized.
