You will fall in love with this house! It is a 3bd2ba with a fully fenced in backyard, shed, and garage! Rent all together is 1950 If I am able to find 2 roommates, you will share a bathroom, but if there are only you and I living there, you will have your own bathroom!( If I can find 2 roommates, rent would be around 650 per) Huge garden tub and a very open layout in general. I have mostly everything supplied in shared spaces (kitchen, landscape equipment, living room) so you would generally only need to furnish your room and personal items of course. I have great neighbors and we are right off 465 for easy travel access. No security deposit as I am renewing my lease however you will need to submit an application through my leasing company, which I dont mind paying for if accommodations are needed :)

As of now it is just me! I am definitely a homebody but when I do get out I love to do anything out in nature, bowl, and found a recent pricy obsession with escape rooms. Most days I am home as I have a blended work schedule (office and remote work). I do have 2 animal children, a 2 year old pup and 3 month kitten (fun fact he only has one eye). When home you can catch me cooking, reading, or demolishing my boyfriend in some guitar hero. Preferences of someone who is neat and will help keep shared spaces clean as I am a very tidy person, and someone with stable financials. I am very welcoming of ALL walks of life!
