Hi there, I have a vacant master bedroom in a 3 bedroom home. This is a quiet gated community near Green Valley Resort with a community pool. The master bedroom is large with a large walk in closet and large bathroom. There is also an exterior door to access the back yard. I live out of state in Idaho full time. I will visit the home a few times a year. The garage space is available. Looking for a working responsible individual. No smoking, no drugs, and I’d prefer no pets.

My name is Rachel. I’m a Southern California native who recently moved to north Idaho. I love it here. My parents live in Henderson, so my husband and I bought a place near them to have as a possible short term rental. The HOA doesn’t allow short term rentals so I’m looking to rent out 2 of the 3 bedrooms.
