The unit comes with washer & dryer, balcony, access to two pools, gym and the Elmont Swim Club down the street. It’s a 7 minute drive to UTEP. $650 + half utilities OR $750 utilities and deposit included. Looking for Aug 1. One absolute requirement. MUST LOVE DOGS. I have two and I often foster.
