2 bed/2 bath apartment, you get your own bedroom with a good sized closet and bathroom with tub. Water/Sewer/Trash included. All electric appliances, kitchen has dishwasher. Laundry facilities on premises a very short walk from the apartment. There’s also a balcony that allows tons of natural light with an outdoor storage room. Apartment has easy access to both bus stops and White Oak shopping center,and is also a short drive to Richmond Int, Dorey Park, and downtown. Plus, there’s a farmstand/pumpkin patch right down the street from June-Oct!

Hi! Me (and my cat) are looking for a new roommate since my current roomie is moving out. I am very much a night owl and work second shifts (anywhere from 2pm-midnight) so being okay with a slightly weird schedule is a must. When I’m not working I like to crochet, go on walks downtown, and go to drag shows. Even though I am cannabis friendly I can’t have a roommate who smokes tobacco as I am allergic to it. No smoking inside- I always go out on the balcony.

As for my cat, she’s a lil spicy and a lil sweet! She likes to race around the house like a gremlin and is rather fond of giving kisses. She likes to try and escape onto the balcony so she can watch birds better, and if she sees her reflection in the balcony door she’s likely to spend several minutes pawing at the glass. Additionally, she has only ever been around cats and small dogs so I would prefer no larger dogs as I am unsure how she would handle them.
