About the room
The condo is conveniently located only a few minutes walk from Lincoln high school, Concord Career College, food 4 less grocery store and other fast food places. 24 hour fitness, home depot, and o’rileys are all about a 5 minute drive an access to the 805 is only 2 minutes away. The 3 bedroom, 2 bath living space is located on the third floor and the garage is on the first floor where the in unit washer/dryer are located. Doors to both have keyless code entry so you won’t have too struggle with finding the right key. The rooms for rent for $950 are both ±9’-0“ x ±10’-0“, unfurnished, large enough for a full/queen bed and a desk/dresser. As of now both rooms are available so look at the floor plan for the options. The rooms have vinyl plank flooring, a closet, ceiling fan, light and a window. The price includes the cost of utilities up to a maximum of $150/mo., wifi and monthly pest control. First time leases must be between 6mo. – 1 yr., but after that we can discuss based on needs. You will share the restroom with one other roommate and the master suite has its own bathroom. The shared bathroom has recently been remodeled with new finishes and fixtures. Common areas include use of kitchen, washer dryer and living room. There is one assigned parking spot available in the tandem 2-car garage for $100/mo and the other half is used for general storage/laundry. Otherwise, parking will be limited to on street parking. Pets a max weight of 30 lbs are allowed (no fish), but a pet fee of $50/mo. will be accessed. The room should be ready to move in by April 13th.
There is no application fee, but I do ask that you complete a credit check on roomies prior to moving in. Feel free to message me if you have any questions. Thanks!
About the roomies
Your roommate’s name is Emma and she is transgender so if this will be an issue please don’t apply. She is very nice and you’ll hopefully get to meet her if you view the room. She mainly works nights so it’ll be hit or miss depending on what time. The roommates moving out tell me she was good about taking care of the common areas and sharing responsibility.
