This is a en-suite in a two bedroom townhouse. Living spaces will be shared. You have parking and pool access. Very quiet area, close to shops and bars. Across from Northlake mall 10 min to Uptown 10 mins to the airport Right by highway 77 and 485.

Single occupant, looking for a housemate. You must be employed and be able to show proof of employment. No parties, no pets, no smoking, no sleep overs. Rent will be collected weekly or biweekly, CASH ONLY! This is my home so I am looking for someone that needs a temporary place to stay until the transition on their own. I will require that you get a PO Box as I donot want any mail sent to my home for legal purposes, the post office is close by. For legal purposes there will not be a lease as you will be renting month to month.
