Hello there! I’m looking to rent the master bedroom with half bath (other shared bath has the shower) in my 2 bed 1.5 bath home! It’s on almost an acre of beautiful land, with a little offshoot of the Poudre river running along one side. Firepit, yard games, juggling pins.

Large deck with lights and tiki torches to hang out on when the weather is good.

Includes all utilities, high speed internet.

Room can come furnished (or not)with dresser, storage shelf, towels, and I’m sure I can find a queen mattress if so desired!

Kitchen is furnished. There is a washer and dryer.

Bike trail all the way to fort collins (6.1 miles one way to downtown). Uber/lyft is like 16 or 17 plus tip. Close enough to Foco that things like Grubhub and Doordash all deliver. Right next to a white water rafting company, restaurant(Vern’s), and liquor store.

I’m 35 years old and live in the smaller bedroom (the shared bathroom with the shower divides our two rooms).

I have 2 dogs that are very friendly and well trained/tempered.

I like working in the yard and gardening in the spring, good coffee, video editing, website making, playing in the yard with my dogs, planning and taking motorbike trips abroad, working on projects in my barn/the property.

I know we are all different but a few values I have and would want someone I’m living with to have (I’m sure you care about some basic compatibility too) are things like: Legal gay marriage Legal abortion rights 420 friendly Stuff like that…

If you’re thinking “hippie” I’d definitely say I’m more country folk than hippie lol.

Im a social person who also respects the space of others, looking for someone to share the house with for a bit!
