Quiet safe neighborhood in reputable area, 1 mile to train,10 minutes from highway, borders North Beverly. Parking, fenced in yard, all included. I have a large well trained dog. Shared bathroom, storage and laundry in basement.

I am a 32 year old professional living alone in an owner occupied 2 bedroom 1 bath single family home with my well trained husky mix. I don’t host much and am used to living alone. Reasonable social life, out some nights and in some nights. Looking for someone compatible with that. Dogs are welcome as long as my dog approves.
