3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom house, shared kitchen and a furnished living room. The house has a nice back deck with a grill and patio furniture to enjoy when it’s not covered in snow! Washer and Dryer provided in the basement. Super close to FVCC and a nice lawn that gets cut weekly no charge. I have had multiple applicants for the two standard rooms but there is a “master” that still needs filled. The room size is the same as the other two but it has a larger closet and an ensuite bathroom containing a private toilet and sink that connects to the shared shower/tub for private access. The cost of the “master” is $700 not including utilities.

Hi, my name is Edgar. I am a 22 year old and am currently looking for roommates in my house! The rooms I am renting out are all on the main level and I am currently finishing the basement and living in it as I work. There is a completely separate entrance to the basement and I usually only come upstairs to use the kitchen or the back deck. I have my own bathroom and living space in the basement. Very easy to get a long with and I enjoy taking care of the lawn and maintenance around the house.
