🏡Hi! My name is Morgan. I am looking for someone to move into my 3200 sq ft home and rent the bottom floor of my house which is 2 bedrooms 1 bath and a living room in Lakewood/Golden by Colorado Mills Mall. 👩🏼‍⚕️I work from home as a the Director of Nursing at the agency I work for and go to school full time for my masters in nursing and licensure to become a Nurse Practitioner. 🐈‍⬛🐕 I have 3 cats and 3 dogs, it sounds like a lot but they are all older and very chill. I am not really interested in adding other animals, maybe for the right person/animal. 🏋🏻‍♀️I have a home gym with thr Peloton tread and bike, as well as weights you are welcome to use. 🚗I will have space in my garage for one other car.

In my free time I like to do yoga, ride my bike (mountain and road), hike, play golf, snowboard, go to concerts, cook (smoke meats on the Traeger) tend to my plants, and hopefully play hockey again soon. Rent is $1600 which includes 800sq ft. -2 14x14 rooms

• large living room -1 G high speed internet -utilities gas, electric, trash, water, and sewage. -vivant home security system with keyless entry -1 parking space in my garage -acces to the my peloton bike and treadmill and home gym. -kitchen is the only technically share space but I’d like you to feel comfortable and at home on my home.
