My name is Nick. 33 Male. I mostly fish, kayak, hike, and backpack and just try to spend as much time outdoors as possible. I work for a brewery here in town. I have 1 bedroom available for rent in my 3 BR townhome. It is about 2 miles from Old Mill, close to the Fred Meyer on the southside. The home is designed with the downstairs having two bedrooms and a full bath. There is also a large living area downstairs that is furnished with couches, tv, pool table and dartboard. One of the 2 rooms is available. Upstairs, you will have access to the kitchen and washer/dryer as well as the dining area. Garage will have some storage space too. You will be sharing a bathroom and downstairs living room with 1 other 40yo . I work overnights monday-wednesday. Not a big party house as we are on a quite cul du sal and the middle townhome and need to be respectful to the neighbors, though we do like having a few friends over. Street parking will be available about a 200ft walk. I have a 2 dogs that stay in the upstairs living area where I am. Small pets such as a fish/rats/reptile but nothing bigger are welcome.
